The Outfit Formula

11 views!!! Which means 3 more since the last time I checked!! YAY!
The outfit formula. I know it sounds really stupid, but I feel like I'm onto something. Oh God, I am turning into Mark Zuckerberg.
So basically what happened was today was "Anti-Bullying Day" so we all had to wear pink. I was rummaging around my closet this morning looking for that old pink cardi I always wear with the same black tank top, then I decided to try something different. So instead of just the tank top and cardigan I decided to put a blue v-neck on too. Then I looked at myself in the mirror. It wasn't so great in real life. But it wasn't that bad either, so I was on the fence. Then I thought to myself:
"If my confidence isn't equal to the way I feel when I get three compliments from someone, I shouldn't be wearing this,"
And that's how I came up with the formula, which is as follows:
C = F x 3 or F x 3 = C
C = confidence and F = feedback from other people
I hope it doesn't sound stupid. I honestly think it makes sense. By the way, I didn't end up wearing the v-neck.
But yeah, I'll be using that now. In other news, I don't really know what else to say so I will be leaving you with a poem that reminds me of someone I know and talk to everyday yet he doesn't notice how much I like him. I know, typical life story of a teenage girl, but I probably won't be blogging about that, if I do I'll put a little warning at the top of the page. But yeah, it's by EAP. My favourite poet. See if you can figure out who that is :P

Annabel Lee

  It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of ANNABEL LEE;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.

I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea;
But we loved with a love that was more than love-
I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
Coveted her and me.

And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling
My beautiful Annabel Lee;
So that her highborn kinsman came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.

The angels, not half so happy in heaven,
Went envying her and me-
Yes!- that was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud by night,
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee.

But our love it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than we-
Of many far wiser than we-
And neither the angels in heaven above,
Nor the demons down under the sea,
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee.

For the moon never beams without bringing me dreams
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And the stars never rise but I feel the bright eyes
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling- my darling- my life and my bride,
In the sepulchre there by the sea,
In her tomb by the sounding sea.

Unfortunatly for me, my name isn't Annabel, oh well. Hopefully we'll be like this without dying :S
